Agency and Resource Selection

Having established the needs of the project, and made and in-house vs outsourcing decisions, The Digital Business can help locate and select the best design, development or general digital media agency, or Agency Selectiontechnical and services supplier to fulfill these needs.

This would include an extensive process that would involve some or all of the following stages of development;

  • Writing detailed requirements documentation and agency briefs - including a robust and comprehensive 'Request for Proposal'

  • Determining the selection criteria that will be used

  • Sending these to an identified list of potential supplier companies, and answering subsequent queries

  • Assessing the responses and iterating on proposal process

  • Arranging and overseeing a pitch from short-listed businesses

  • Facilitating final selection

Having selected an appropriate business, The Digital Business would ensure that all the appropriate project governance was in place, and would act, if required by our clients, as the interface to the agency, ensuring that the project was being effectively managed and was delivering to requirements.
