Stakeholder Relationships

Few digital media projects can fulfill their true potential value without the complete buy-in from stakeholders. Fundamentally, the starting point is with the organsation's Board, and then Stakeholder Managementmoves onto the key stakeholders across the business - people who will be directly affected by the implementation of the new technology.

Managing these relationships is core to gaining proactive support for any initiative. On any project, The Digital Business will ensure that everything is done to gain this support and to nurture the ongoing relationships throughout the delivery cycle. If this is not done, confusion can set in, and, with that, suspicion and apathy.

One of the keys to the successful delivery of any major new project is to ensure that the effective people-focused project management skills are effectively implemented.

   

 

 
 

Experience:

In previous work experience, The Digital Business has had significant experience at "evangelising" the potential that digital media can bring to a business, and gaining acceptance and support for proposed initiatives.
