Stakeholder and Customer Review

It is often cited that the quality of any output is the determined by the quality of the input. Nothing is more true when it comes to ensuring that there is a thorough and complete understanding of the needs of Stakeholder Reviewstakeholders, customers or visitors when it comes to preparing for, and then fulfilling, a new digital media initiative.

We would work with our clients to determine greater detail and clarity around what the actual need was of either the customer or other stakeholder the digital media initiative is targeted at - by analysing their current attitudes, habits, and views, enabling greater insight into how a new initiative can, for example, resolve or enhance their experiences.

The Digital Business would often treat this as an intrinsic part of the "Information Architecture" (IA) of the proposed initiative - the (pre-design) science behind determining what is actually required by the user. We would also recommend working with usability groups and research agencies to ensure that the right determinations are being made, using tools such as online surveys, focus groups, interviews and benchmarking analysis, or, even better, directly through customer feedback mechanisms within the clients own services.

The Digital Business can coordinate this activity to ensure that the right questions are asked of the right people, at the right time, to ensure the best possible solution is deliverd to fulfill the need identified.
